The First Team welcomed a new coach and manager this season and successfully managed to retain their place in Kent and Sussex Regional 1 Division finishing 10th.

  • Second Team

The Second Team achieved a respectable 7th out of 12 in what was a strong league, gaining 24 points with no walkovers. A squad of 49 was used over the season, ages ranging from under 15 to over 45. This includes Stuart Weedon who umpired each game come rain or shine (or abuse in the car park – Ifey... who incidentally never did pay his beer money!)

  • Fourth Team

The Fourth Team finished seven points ahead of the runners up in Kent Open Division 2, winning promotion for the second year in succession. This was another great team performance.

  • Fifth Team

The Fifth Team had a fine first season finishing fourth in Kent Open Division 5. Unfortunately, two games were cancelled against lowly opposition. Wins in both of these would have resulted in promotion. This was an excellent debut year.

  • Ladies 1st Team

The Ladies 1st Team once again had an excellent season, finishing runners up in Kent Division 3 and winning promotion for the second consecutive year. This season some of the Junior girls were welcomed into the squad, providing valuable support for the tougher matches. The squad now has a core bank of competent players and this bodes well for the challenges Kent Division 2 will bring next season.

  • Sutton Russets

This year has been a very successful season for the Sutton Russets, who maintained their unbeaten record as winners of Kent Division 7. The ladies took 34 points out of a possible 36 and won several friendly games against teams who are positioned a couple of divisions above.

  • Veterans Team

The Veterans played a number of matches and had mixed results, but fun was had by all. Next season we expect a bigger turn out in the Vets/ Ladies game or Charlie will have to wear a skirt!
